atuar no planejamento, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, articula\u00e7\u00e3o, dire\u00e7\u00e3o, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, execu\u00e7\u00e3o, controle e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que visem o desenvolvimento urbano e rural do Munic\u00edpio;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>II &#8211; planejar, executar, fiscalizar e avaliar os projetos e as a\u00e7\u00f5es relativas a obras p\u00fablicas, servi\u00e7os urbanos, energia el\u00e9trica, sistema vi\u00e1rio, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento urbano e rural, na sua estrutura f\u00edsico-territorial e os servi\u00e7os essenciais ao bem-estar da popula\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>III &#8211; realizar abertura, pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de logradouros e vias p\u00fablicas municipais, bem como executar e manter redes de esgoto pluvial, galerias e sistema de drenagem;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>IV &#8211; conservar, reparar as edifica\u00e7\u00f5es e obras pertencentes ao Munic\u00edpio, quando estas n\u00e3o forem de compet\u00eancia espec\u00edfica das demais Secretarias;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>V &#8211; manter, ampliar e conservar a ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica municipal, e diligenciar melhorias na eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o rural junto a concession\u00e1ria de energia el\u00e9trica;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>VI &#8211; administrar, manter e ampliar os cemit\u00e9rios municipais e os servi\u00e7os funer\u00e1rios;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>VII &#8211; atuar no fomento, incentivo, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e assist\u00eancia t\u00e9cnica ao setor agr\u00edcola e pecu\u00e1rio do Munic\u00edpio;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>VIII &#8211; formular, coordenar e executar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas direcionadas \u00e0 agricultura familiar, pecuaristas familiares, mulheres trabalhadoras rurais, juventude rural, buscando melhoria na qualidade de vida no meio rural;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>IX &#8211; disponibilizar informa\u00e7\u00f5es que subsidiem o desenvolvimento das cadeias produtivas e desenvolver pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para o seu fortalecimento;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>X &#8211; incentivar e fomentar a pesquisa, a ci\u00eancia, a tecnologia e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o em prol da agricultura, da pecu\u00e1ria e do desenvolvimento do meio rural nos setores produtivos;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XI &#8211; dotar o meio rural da infraestrutura de apoio \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o, estimulando o agroneg\u00f3cio, o associativismo rural e novos canais de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o, qualificando sua diversidade produtiva tornando-o competitivo;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XII &#8211; prestar servi\u00e7o de mecaniza\u00e7\u00e3o aos produtores, agricultores e trabalhadores rurais;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XIII &#8211; facilitar o acesso do produtor, agricultor e trabalhador rural aos insumos e servi\u00e7os b\u00e1sicos;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XIV &#8211; estimular a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtores, agricultores e trabalhadores rurais por meio de cursos, palestras, visitas t\u00e9cnicas e demais eventos do setor;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XV &#8211; fomentar a agroecologia;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XVI &#8211; promover exposi\u00e7\u00f5es e feiras, bem como manter o Parque Municipal de Eventos L\u00eddio da Silveira Peixoto;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XVII &#8211; promover a melhoria gen\u00e9tica do rebanho leiteiro, atrav\u00e9s de programa de insemina\u00e7\u00e3o artificial de bovinos;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XVIII &#8211; gerir os servi\u00e7os de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o agroindustrial de compet\u00eancia do Munic\u00edpio;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XIX &#8211; formular, coordenar e implementar pol\u00edticas de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o, abastecimento e seguran\u00e7a alimentar e nutricional;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XX &#8211; formular e executar a pol\u00edtica municipal de tr\u00e2nsito, incluindo a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos e programas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e seguran\u00e7a do tr\u00e2nsito, observada a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o federal e estadual pertinente, firmando conv\u00eanio para fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do tr\u00e2nsito com a Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica\/Brigada Militar;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XXI &#8211; controlar e fiscalizar as concess\u00f5es, permiss\u00e3o e autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do transporte p\u00fablico municipal de passageiros e outras, conforme legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, em conjunto com a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de posturas municipais;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XXII &#8211; exercer a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades que receberem aux\u00edlios, contribui\u00e7\u00f5es ou subven\u00e7\u00f5es do Munic\u00edpio, nos assuntos de sua compet\u00eancia;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>XXIII &#8211;
