circle;\"><li><strong>Planta baixa de cada pavimento com os detalhes de equipamentos;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Planta de situa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Planta hidrossanit\u00e1ria;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Planta da fachada com cortes longitudinal e transversal;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Planta com setas indicativas do fluxo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de colaboradores;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>MTSE- Memorial T\u00e9cnico Sanit\u00e1rio do Estabelecimento;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Documento exarado pela autoridade registraria competente, vinculado ao endere\u00e7o da unidade;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Inscri\u00e7\u00e3o estadual, contrato social ou firma individual e comprovante de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no Cadastro nacional de Pessoa Jur\u00eddica (CNPJ), no caso de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o por pessoa jur\u00eddica;<\/strong><\/li><li>No caso de pessoa f\u00edsica dever\u00e1 ser apresentado o documento
