de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e Meio Ambiente compete, dentre outras atribui\u00e7\u00f5es regulamentares:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I &#8211; coordenar as atividades de desenvolvimento organizacional, implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e acompanhamento dos programas de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es gerenciais, de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de desempenho e de resultado dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>II &#8211; coordenar, programar e acompanhar as a\u00e7\u00f5es governamentais, de forma articulada com a \u00e1rea financeira, visando o cumprimento das metas e indicadores;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>III &#8211; administrar, coordenar, acompanhar, executar e avaliar as pol\u00edticas de recursos humanos, no \u00e2mbito da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica municipal;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>IV &#8211; promover o processo de recrutamento, sele\u00e7\u00e3o, aperfei\u00e7oamento, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de recursos humanos, incluindo a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de concursos p\u00fablicos e processos seletivos;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>V &#8211; gerenciar os procedimentos relativos \u00e0 carreira, \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o, adicionais e administrar os benef\u00edcios dos servidores;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>VI &#8211; administrar o Quadro de Cargos e Empregos P\u00fablicos;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>VII &#8211; promover a profissionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>VIII &#8211; aprimorar as normas existentes, visando o fortalecimento dos planos de cargos e sal\u00e1rios;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>IX &#8211; promover os servi\u00e7os de controle da sa\u00fade ocupacional, condi\u00e7\u00f5es do ambiente e de preven\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>X &#8211; gerenciar os est\u00e1gios de estudantes do Poder Executivo Municipal;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XI &#8211; administrar os Atos Oficiais, promovendo a reda\u00e7\u00e3o, impress\u00e3o, digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, publica\u00e7\u00e3o, recupera\u00e7\u00e3o, tratamento e a guarda dos documentos;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XII &#8211; promover pesquisas, atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o e consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XIII &#8211; gerenciar e controlar a frota municipal, atrav\u00e9s da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas informatizados, para administrar o abastecimento e a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o em geral, incluindo a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as e servi\u00e7os;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XIV &#8211; gerenciar, controlar, normatizar e executar a\u00e7\u00f5es e processos de compras e licita\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XV &#8211; administrar, cadastrar e controlar os bens patrimoniais, m\u00f3veis e im\u00f3veis;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XVI &#8211; gerenciar, controlar e confeccionar processos administrativos, incluindo a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o de protocolo geral, de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e arquivo geral;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XVII &#8211; implantar e gerenciar o almoxarifado central;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XVIII &#8211; administrar, gerenciar, controlar, executar as atividades relativas \u00e0 tecnologia de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, controlar e configurar redes\/softwares, realizar a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o\/suporte t\u00e9cnico em computadores\/hardwares;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XIX &#8211; implantar as pol\u00edticas de seguran\u00e7a da informa\u00e7\u00e3o (LGPD), bem como prestar suporte t\u00e9cnico para o fortalecimento da transpar\u00eancia e do acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XX &#8211; administrar e gerenciar o servi\u00e7o de telefonia e recep\u00e7\u00e3o, recebendo os cidad\u00e3os e transmitindo informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e servi\u00e7os da administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, bem como administrar os servi\u00e7os postais comunit\u00e1rios;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXI &#8211; coordenar o servi\u00e7o de limpeza, higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o e de vigil\u00e2ncia dos pr\u00e9dios da sede da Prefeitura Municipal;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXII &#8211; normatizar os procedimentos de controle, fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e licenciamento de atividades que tem impacto sobre o meio ambiente, visando o monitoramento constante no que tange \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade de vida e a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e conserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos naturais;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXIII &#8211; fiscalizar os empreendimentos de compet\u00eancia municipal e, supletivamente, os de compet\u00eancia estadual e federal;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXIV &#8211; executar direta e, indiretamente, a pol\u00edtica ambiental do Munic\u00edpio, bem como executar outras atividades compat\u00edveis e necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXV &#8211; coordenar a\u00e7\u00f5es e executar planos, programas, projetos e atividades de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e repercuss\u00e3o ambiental;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXVI &#8211; acompanhar e analisar os estudos de impacto ambiental das atividades que venham a se instalar no Munic\u00edpio;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXVII &#8211; promover o licenciamento ambiental de atividades de compet\u00eancia municipal;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXVIII &#8211; assessorar a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Municipal na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e revis\u00e3o do planejamento local, quanto a aspectos ambientais, controle da polui\u00e7\u00e3o, expans\u00e3o da \u00e1rea urbana, industrial e outras de interesse do Munic\u00edpio;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXIX &#8211; autorizar, de acordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, o corte e a explora\u00e7\u00e3o racional ou quaisquer outras altera\u00e7\u00f5es de cobertura vegetal nativa, primitiva ou regenerada;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXX &#8211; promover a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, armazenamento e transporte de produtos perigosos, em conjunto com os demais \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXXI &#8211; implantar, manter e operar o sistema de monitoramento e de licenciamento ambiental;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXXII &#8211; autorizar, sem preju\u00edzo de outras licen\u00e7as cab\u00edveis, o cadastramento e a explora\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos minerais;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXXIII &#8211; exigir estudo de impacto ambiental para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades que possam degradar ao meio ambiente;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXXIV &#8211; implementar, executar e\/ou acompanhar, em parceria com a Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, programas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental do Munic\u00edpio;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXXV &#8211; promover medidas de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da flora e da fauna, articulando-se com entidades p\u00fablicas ou privadas, nacionais ou internacionais, paralelas a sua \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, objetivando o pleno desempenho de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXXVI &#8211; firmar conv\u00eanios, contratos e consociar-se a entidades de promo\u00e7\u00e3o e preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do meio ambiente;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXXVII &#8211; gerenciar os servi\u00e7os de res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos e de coleta seletiva domiciliar;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXXVIII &#8211; desenvolver e coordenar programas de controle populacional de animais dom\u00e9sticos, bem como articular e promover pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas voltadas ao bem-estar animal;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XXXIX &#8211; executar a\u00e7\u00f5es supletivas de apoio \u00e0 Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica na \u00e1rea territorial do Munic\u00edpio, em articula\u00e7\u00e3o com \u00f3rg\u00e3os estaduais e federais competentes;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>XL &#8211; assessorar o Prefeito e as demais Secretarias nos assuntos de sua compet\u00eancia.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\"
