atuar no planejamento, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, articula\u00e7\u00e3o, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, execu\u00e7\u00e3o, monitoramento e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de promo\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento do turismo;<br \/><br \/>II &#8211; promover o desenvolvimento do turismo como vetor para o crescimento econ\u00f4mico, gera\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego e renda, focando no fortalecimento da identidade e dos valores culturais do Munic\u00edpio;<br \/><br \/>III &#8211; criar e implantar um programa que estabele\u00e7a boas pr\u00e1ticas de fomento ao turismo, incluindo a oferta de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o, forma\u00e7\u00e3o e aperfei\u00e7oamento dos trabalhadores e empreendedores do turismo, em parceria com o setor p\u00fablico e privado, como forma de reconhecimento e incentivo aos segmentos do setor;<br \/><br \/>IV &#8211; atrair investidores para desenvolver a infraestrutura do setor, com vista a atrair turistas e ao crescimento econ\u00f4mico do Munic\u00edpio;<br \/><br \/>V &#8211; apoiar, fomentar e incentivar a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos que venham contribuir para a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o tur\u00edstica do Munic\u00edpio e suas potencialidades, bem como a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de renda nas comunidades;<br \/><br \/>VI &#8211; auxiliar na viabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de pontos de visita\u00e7\u00e3o tur\u00edstica no Munic\u00edpio, bem como estabelecer e consolidar roteiros e rotas tur\u00edsticas, em parceria com o setor privado;<br \/><br \/>VII &#8211; promover a Inventaria\u00e7\u00e3o da Oferta Tur\u00edstica, de acordo com as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es do Minist\u00e9rio do Turismo e do Plano Nacional de Turismo;<br \/><br \/>VIII &#8211; promover campanhas de arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o, ajardinamento e embelezamento de cal\u00e7adas, canteiros, pra\u00e7as, ruas e afins;<br \/><br \/>IX &#8211; cooperar com munic\u00edpios, associa\u00e7\u00f5es, entidades p\u00fablicas e privadas, empresas do setor, na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos financeiros, no apoio t\u00e9cnico, na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de impacto e no acompanhamento da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos que visem o fomento do turismo local;<br \/><br \/>X &#8211; atuar no planejamento, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, articula\u00e7\u00e3o, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, execu\u00e7\u00e3o, controle e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de promo\u00e7\u00e3o cultural, de democratiza\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso \u00e0 cultura, bem como incentivar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o, a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e a difus\u00e3o das diversas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es art\u00edstico-culturais;<br \/><br \/>XI &#8211; organizar o calend\u00e1rio anual de eventos do Munic\u00edpio, em parceria com as entidades do Munic\u00edpio;<br \/><br \/>XII &#8211; fomentar a cria\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e resgate de festas, grupos \u00e9tnicos e eventos que promovam a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o cultural, gastron\u00f4mica, art\u00edstica e hist\u00f3rica do Munic\u00edpio;<br \/><br \/>XIII &#8211; organizar e promover oficinas, mostras, semin\u00e1rios, encontros culturais, bem como fomentar a\u00e7\u00f5es de educa\u00e7\u00e3o em preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do patrim\u00f4nio hist\u00f3rico e cultural;<br \/><br \/>XIV &#8211; fomentar a cria\u00e7\u00e3o e dinamiza\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os culturais, em especial estimular a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas a linguagens art\u00edsticas, ao audiovisual, a cultura digital e outras express\u00f5es tradicionais ou contempor\u00e2neas;<br \/><br \/>XV &#8211; executar o levantamento da mem\u00f3ria cultural, o tombamento e a defesa do patrim\u00f4nio hist\u00f3rico, art\u00edstico e cultural do Munic\u00edpio, em conjunto com o Conselho Municipal de Cultura;<br \/><br \/>XVI &#8211; manter a Biblioteca Municipal, zelando pela atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do acervo bibliogr\u00e1fico, de acordo com o desenvolvimento da ci\u00eancia, da t\u00e9cnica, da arte e da cultura em geral, promovendo e apoiando a\u00e7\u00f5es de incentivo \u00e0 leitura, bem como de projetos de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de bibliotecas itinerantes e outros do ramo;<br \/><br \/>XVII &#8211; incentivar interc\u00e2mbios culturais com Munic\u00edpios, com o Estado e a Uni\u00e3o, atrav\u00e9s do Sistema Estadual e Nacional de Cultura, bem como outras intera\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para promover e desenvolver a cultura;<br \/><br \/>XVIII &#8211; atuar no planejamento, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, articula\u00e7\u00e3o, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, execu\u00e7\u00e3o, monitoramento e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de promo\u00e7\u00e3o do esporte, visando o desenvolvimento humano, a inclus\u00e3o social e a melhoria da qualidade de vida da popula\u00e7\u00e3o;<br \/><br \/>XIX &#8211; organizar, coordenar e executar atividades desportivas, recreativas e de lazer \u00e0s v\u00e1rias faixas et\u00e1rias e modalidades, de forma descentralizada, visando a integra\u00e7\u00e3o social, comunit\u00e1ria e ao exerc\u00edcio da cidadania;<br \/><br \/>XX &#8211; estabelecer e viabilizar a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de programas e projetos, observando os princ\u00edpios do esporte amador e de rendimento, considerando as bases de crescimento e desenvolvimento humano no munic\u00edpio, seja de forma direta ou atrav\u00e9s de parcerias com \u00f3rg\u00e3os afins, inclusive ligas, federa\u00e7\u00f5es ou iniciativa privada;<br \/><br \/>XXI &#8211; coordenar e implementar programas, projetos e a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas aos jovens, de forma direta, em parcerias com outras secretarias municipais ou com entidades p\u00fablicas ou privadas, nas \u00e1reas do esporte, cultura ou do turismo;<br \/><br \/>XXII &#8211; exercer a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades que receberem aux\u00edlios, contribui\u00e7\u00f5es ou subven\u00e7\u00f5es do Munic\u00edpio, nos assuntos de sua compet\u00eancia;<br \/><br \/>XXIII &#8211;
