Ap\u00f3s fazer o download do arquivo, preencher todos os campos, com obrigatoriedade de preenchimento do endere\u00e7o completo do transmitente e do adquirente, inclusive telefone e e-mail do adquirente, pois ser\u00e1 atrav\u00e9s do e-mail que o contribuinte ir\u00e1 receber a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de que a guia de ITBI j\u00e1 est\u00e1 liberada.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

\u00c9 obrigat\u00f3rio tamb\u00e9m o preenchimento de todos os campos da localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do im\u00f3vel objeto da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, inclusive o Ponto de Refer\u00eancia, para facilitar a vistoria pr\u00e9via. Importante incluir o preenchimento da metragem do im\u00f3vel, testada, lados e fundos. Al\u00e9m disso, incluir mapa com a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o exata do im\u00f3vel.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Ap\u00f3s o preenchimento de todos os dados, a mesma deve ser assinada pelo contribuinte ou com o carimbo do cart\u00f3rio onde ser\u00e1 encaminhada a escritura p\u00fablica de transfer\u00eancia do im\u00f3vel. Depois deve ser enviado para o e-mail tributario@glorinha.rs.gov.br<\/a>, e aguardar retorno da libera\u00e7\u00e3o da mesma.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Ap\u00f3s a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da Guia de ITBI por um dos Fiscais Tribut\u00e1rios o contribuinte receber\u00e1 um e-mail informando o n\u00famero da Guia de ITBI, e que a mesma j\u00e1 est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para pagamento.<\/strong><\/p>

Inicialmente o contribuinte ter\u00e1 que entrar novamente no site do munic\u00edpio para emitir o boleto de pagamento da Guia de ITBI, atrav\u00e9s do seguinte caminho:<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

  3. Clicar em \u201cCONSULTA AOS D\u00c9BITOS, EMISS\u00c3O DE BOLETOS CND E ITBI<\/a>\u201d<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Clicar em \u201cGuia de Recolhimento\u201d e seguir os passos conforme tela abaixo:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. Ap\u00f3s emiss\u00e3o da Guia de Recolhimento o contribuinte dever\u00e1 efetuar o pagamento em qualquer ag\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria. Ap\u00f3s o pagamento, o contribuinte dever\u00e1 aguardar 3 (tr\u00eas) dias \u00fateis para emitir a Guia de ITBI.<\/strong><\/li>
    2. Para emiss\u00e3o da Guia de ITBI o contribuinte ira Entrar no site glorinha.rs.gov.br<\/a><\/strong><\/li>
    3. A esquerda no site em Servi\u00e7os ao Cidad\u00e3o\u201d clicar em \u201cServi\u00e7os ao Contribuinte\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>
    4. Clicar em \u201cCONSULTA AOS D\u00c9BITOS, EMISS\u00c3O DE BOLETOS CND E ITBI<\/a>\u201d<\/strong><\/li>
