Dr. Pomp\u00edlio Gomes Sobrinho, n\u00ba 23.400, inscrita no CNPJ sob n\u00b0 91.338.558\/0001-37, representada neste ato pelo Prefeito Municipal, o Senhor PAULO JOS\u00c9 SILVEIRA CORR\u00caA, no uso de suas prerrogativas legais e considerando o disposto no art.14, da Lei n\u00ba 11.947\/2009 e na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o FNDE n\u00ba 26\/2013, 04\/2015, 06\/2020 e 21\/2021 atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, vem realizar Chamada P\u00fablica para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos perec\u00edveis da Agricultura Familiar e do Empreendedor Familiar Rural, destinado ao atendimento do Programa Nacional de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Escolar\/PNAE, durante o per\u00edodo de 06 (seis) meses.
