O presente edital \u00e9 regido pelo disposto na Lei n\u00ba 14.399, de 08 de julho de 2022 (PNAB), no Decreto n\u00ba 11.740, de 18 de outubro de 2023, e Portaria MinC n\u00ba 80, de 27 de outubro de 2023 (Regulamentam a PNAB), no Decreto n\u00ba 11.453, de 23 de mar\u00e7o de 2023 (Decreto de Fomento), na Lei n\u00ba 13.018, de 22 de julho de 2014 (Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Cultura Viva), na Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa MINC n\u00ba 08, de 11 de maio de 2016, e na Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa MINC n\u00ba 12, de 28 de maio de 2024, ou em ato normativo correspondente em vigor (Regulamentam a PNCV). Este Edital \u00e9 realizado com recursos do Governo Federal repassados pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Cultura, por meio da Pol\u00edtica Nacional Aldir Blanc de Fomento \u00e0 Cultura (PNAB).<\/p>\n<p>Aqui voc\u00ea vai encontrar as regras deste edital e como fazer para se inscrever.
