{"id":3032,"date":"2017-07-24T15:35:00","date_gmt":"2017-07-24T18:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/glorinha.rs.gov.br\/gov\/?p=3032"},"modified":"2017-07-24T15:39:35","modified_gmt":"2017-07-24T18:39:35","slug":"viii-conferencia-municipal-de-assistencia-social-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/glorinha.rs.gov.br\/gov\/?p=3032","title":{"rendered":"VIII Confer\u00eancia Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na \u00faltima quinta-feira (20\/07) foi realizada a VIII Confer\u00eancia Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social, no Glorinha Futebol Clube, conforme determina a Lei n\u00ba 8742\/93 da Lei Org\u00e2nica da Assist\u00eancia Social (Loas), Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do CMAS n\u00ba 02\/2017 e Decreto Municipal n\u00ba 4048\/2017, realizada bianualmente. Este evento \u00e9 organizado pelo CMAS- Conselho Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social em parceria com o CRAS \u2013 Centro de Refer\u00eancia de Assist\u00eancia Social, a Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social e demais setores do Governo Municipal de Glorinha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O evento teve como tema central a &#8220;Garantia de Direitos no Fortalecimento do Sistema \u00danico de Assist\u00eancia Social \u2013 SUAS\u201d e seu objetivo foi analisar, propor e deliberar, com base na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o local, as diretrizes para a gest\u00e3o e financiamento do Sistema \u00danico de Assist\u00eancia Social, reconhecendo a corresponsabilidade de cada ente federado. Participaram do evento aproximadamente 150 pessoas, principalmente grupos e usu\u00e1rios atendidos pelo CRAS, al\u00e9m de expositores parceiros, como: Secretarias Municipais de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Juventude e Sa\u00fade; Emater, Senar e Casa do Artes\u00e3o. Se fizeram presentes tamb\u00e9m, o prefeito Darci Jos\u00e9 Lima da Rosa, a primeira-dama, Milene Lempek Rosa, o presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Vereadores, Jos\u00e9 Flavio Soares, a presidente do Conselho Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social, Carine Maciel Michel, a secret\u00e1ria municipal de Desenvolvimento Social,\u00a0Isabel Cristina Castro e a palestrante e membro do Conselho Estadual de Assist\u00eancia Social,\u00a0Simone Romanenco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As Confer\u00eancias s\u00e3o importantes, pois garantem uma constru\u00e7\u00e3o participativa na garantia dos direitos priorit\u00e1rios e na destina\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos p\u00fablicos. O sucesso de uma Confer\u00eancia de Assist\u00eancia Social depende da participa\u00e7\u00e3o popular. Somente atrav\u00e9s da participa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos, principalmente das pessoas vinculadas aos programas, projetos, servi\u00e7os e benef\u00edcios da pol\u00edtica de assist\u00eancia social, que alcan\u00e7aremos os objetivos, avaliando o que est\u00e1 sendo realizado, elaborando propostas e novas medidas para que a pol\u00edtica de assist\u00eancia social possa avan\u00e7ar em nosso munic\u00edpio, no estado e no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eixos tem\u00e1ticos, discutidos nos grupos:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Prote\u00e7\u00e3o social n\u00e3o contributiva e o princ\u00edpio da equidade como paradigma para a gest\u00e3o dos direitos socioassistenciais.<\/li>\n<li>Gest\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica e controle social: o lugar da sociedade civil no SUAS.<\/li>\n<li>Acesso \u00e0s seguran\u00e7as socioassistenciais e a articula\u00e7\u00e3o entre servi\u00e7os, benef\u00edcios e transfer\u00eancia de renda como garantias de direitos socioassistenciais.<\/li>\n<li>A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o como instrumento para uma gest\u00e3o de compromissos e corresponsabilidades dos entes federativos para a garantia dos direitos socioassistenciais.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s a discuss\u00e3o dos eixos tem\u00e1ticos nos grupos, foi feita a\u00a0leitura das delibera\u00e7\u00f5es por grupo, a\u00a0sele\u00e7\u00e3o das prioridades para o Munic\u00edpio, Estado e Uni\u00e3o, a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos participantes e a escolha dos Delegados (titular e suplente).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confira
