O objetivo \u00e9 reflorestar, com \u00e1rvores nativas, 30 metros das margens e adequando o local \u00e0s normas da Lei Florestal n\u00b0 12651\/2012. Essa iniciativa precisa da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos propriet\u00e1rios das terras por onde corre o Arroio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO reflorestamento n\u00e3o envolve custo aos propriet\u00e1rios das terras e ainda tem manuten\u00e7\u00e3o peri\u00f3dica gratuita\u201d, revelou a bi\u00f3loga Priscila Kiscporski, respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto na Secretaria de Meio Ambiente. A a\u00e7\u00e3o tem como aliadas empresas que d\u00e3o suporte na compensa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental de outros empreendimentos. \u201cConforme a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas e loteamentos, por exemplo, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias repara\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais e h\u00e1 assessorias que fazem esse tipo de trabalho. Elas plantam e monitoram os locais reflorestados, sem nenhum \u00f4nus aos propriet\u00e1rios das terras por onde passa o Arroio. O reflorestamento tamb\u00e9m ajuda na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da propriedade.
