Os benef\u00edcios da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo s\u00e3o muitos: aumento da quantidade e qualidade da \u00e1gua na Bacia do Gravata\u00ed, conex\u00e3o entre fragmentos florestais, proporcionando o tr\u00e2nsito de animais silvestres;  aumento da diversidade local; prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos arroios contra eros\u00e3o e assoreamento, embelezamento dos ambientes, entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Os plantios realizados s\u00e3o devidos \u00e0 necessidade de Reposi\u00e7\u00e3o Florestal Obrigat\u00f3ria de empreendimentos localizados em Gravata\u00ed (com quem Glorinha possui conv\u00eanio para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o deste projeto) e outros munic\u00edpios da Bacia do Gravata\u00ed, assim como compensa\u00e7\u00f5es devidas pelos mun\u00edcipes de Glorinha sobre a\u00e7\u00f5es autorizados pela Secretaria de Meio Ambiente.
